Question: Hey MY geocoin is on your website, what’s up with that?
Answer: We constantly look online for the newest, coolest geocoins out there. When we find an interesting geocoin, we feature it on our website with several facts, measurements, and history of the coin. We ALWAYS give credit to the geocoin designer when that information’s available to us, and ALWAYS link back to their website. We NEVER take credit for the geocoins we feature. If your geocoin is on our website, we’ll be happy to give appropriate credit, as well as provide a free link back to your website. Or, if you request, we’ll remove your geocoin from our site. So far, not a single person has contacted us and asked that we remove their geocoin from our site.
Question: You have my geocoin on your website, but the facts are wrong.
Answer: If you designed any geocoin we feature on GeocoinVault.com, and we have the facts wrong, please let us know. We’ll be happy to correct any errors as well as give appropriate credit for design or ownership, and add a free link back to your website.
Question: Can you feature my geocoin on GeocoinVault.com?
Answer: As long as the geocoin design is interesting and/or has an interesting history, we would love to feature your geocoin. However, there are a couple of conditions:
1. You must be the designer, or owner of the design.
2. The geocoin must not be offensive. (yes, there are offensive geocoins out there!)
3. We have the right to decline any geocoin or link.
4. There must be reasonably good pictures available of the geocoin.
5. If we link to your website, the site must not contain offensive material (sadly, there are sites with geocoins and highly offensive content)
Question: If I allow you to feature my geocoin on GeocoinVault.com, how much will you pay me?
Answer: Nada. Zilch. Zippo. We don’t ask geocoin designers/owners to pay for links back to their sites, but we also won’t pay to feature any geocoin.
